Terms and conditions of the ARGO cashback offer​

As part of its commercial and marketing initiatives, Teconex offers professional installers a promotional incentive (in the form of cashback). 

This cashback incentive is a commercial incentive intended to encourage the use of Teconex products and does not constitute :

• A price reduction within a sales relationship with a direct customer (wholesaler/distributor),
• nor payment for a service rendered.

The cashback is independent of any commercial relationship between Teconex and its direct customers.

This offer is strictly reserved for professional installers acting within the scope of their business activity.

Payment will be made exclusively to a business bank account in the beneficiary’s name.

The participant declares :

• to be a duly registered professional (Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) or equivalent),
• to use the products for professional purposes,
• not to use the cashback for personal purposes.

Teconex reserves the right to :

• verify the information provided,
• request any supporting documentation,
• refuse or cancel a claim in the event of doubt or misuse,
• request reimbursement of any unduly received amounts

The beneficiary is solely responsible for their tax, social security, and accounting obligations.
